Customers are greeted by staff who ask whether it's their first time in the store and offer to help begin. Once inside the store the staff member will lead the customer to a fitting room and have them try on clothes that were recommended by the algorithm. The customer is able to swipe up or down a touchscreen to indicate if they like the style. If they'd like to try different items they can ask staff to return to the dressing room with additional options.

In addition to the house brands like The Drop and Amazon Essentials, the store also carries other well-known labels, including Champion, Levi's, Adidas and Kendall & Kylie, along with a variety of shoes and accessories from BB Dakota and Dolce Vita. The store also stocks special edition collections curated by influencers.
